How it works
On the Garant-Kotte tankers with lobe pump, the pump is mounted beneath the filling level of the pump boxes. This position ensures maximum efficiency: It guarantees consistently high suction performance, while simultaneously preventing the pump from running dry.
The suction effect of the lobe pump is generated by a pair of pistons steadily rotating inside the pump. The slurry flows into the tank through a pressure pipe mounted on top of the tank. This pressure pipe is laid in flow-optimised manner, such that the pump performance is used to its optimum extent. A float in the back panel of the tank reliably measures the filling level and activates an automatic shut-off system as soon as the maximum filling degree is reached.
A pump sump and an "upright" suction pipe in the tank ensure that the barrel is completely and optimally emptied during discharge. Three-way valves make it is easy to comfortably switch between the functions of "filling", "discharging" and "agitating".

Pump tank trucks equipped with lobe pumps can be perfectly controlled by means of an on-board hydraulic system. This system powers the lobe pump via a separate power unit, thus making it independent of the rpm of the tractor's p.t.o. shaft.
An rpm sensor at the pump measures the flow rate, which enables you to continuously control the desired discharge and nutrient quantity without delay

Easy control of discharge quantities
The discharge quantity can be controlled by means of a bypass independently of the pump rpm. For this purpose, a part of the slurry flowing through is returned to the tank. The setting is carried out by means of a hand lever or a slide with spindle motor.
In combination with an active flow rate sensor, a bypass also enables automatic quantity control.

Exactly determine quantities
An inductive flow rate sensor continuously determines the quantity of discharged slurry within a measuring range between 0.5 and 12 cubic metres per minute.
The current quantity (m³/ha) is calculated on the basis of the recorded travelling speed in combination with the saved operating width of the application technology. You can read off the current value from a digital display at any time. The discharge quantity can also be actively controlled on request.

Tongue load in all situationsOur two-chamber system helps you to optimise the tongue load of the tractor, particularly on slopes. The principle is simple and smart: The interior of the slurry tanker is divided into two chambers. Due to closing the first chamber, there is more slurry in the front chamber than in the rear one during discharge. This means that the tractor still has sufficient tongue load, particularly when travelling uphill.

Working three times more efficiently
Lower the tyre pressure on the field, increase the ground contact area and thus reduce the pressure exerted on the ground. On the other hand, use a higher tyre pressure on the road to reduce the rolling resistance, thus achieving a considerable decrease of the diesel consumption. Moreover, tyre wear is also reduced.

Therefore, we equip our garant TwinFlow system with two cutting unit devices with two suction and pressure pipes each. Due to this doubling, you can benefit from the full performance potential of the lobe pump of up to 14,000 litres per minute.

How it works
The eccentric screw pump generates its suction effect by means of a rotor, which rotates in the inside of a stator, thus creating a vacuum. The slurry flows into the tank through a pressure pipe beneath the tank.
Gate valves make it is easy to comfortably switch between the three functions of "filling", "discharging" and "agitating".

How it works
The Power Boost technology from garant Kotte is a combination of a vacuum pump and a centrifugal pump system. The tank is filled and emptied by means of a centrifugal pump powered by a p.t.o. shaft. The vacuum compressor is driven hydraulically. In contrast to the usual vacuum tank truck, the compressor on this model only serves to suck up the slurry up to the centrifugal pump.

How it works
The vacuum tank trailer works with vacuum and overpressure. If a tank is to be filled, a vacuum compressor generates a vacuum. Thus, the slurry flows into the barrel. During discharge, the compressor generates an overpressure, which actively conveys the slurry to the application technology.

All BPW chassis are individually adapted to your vehicle to guarantee optimum driving safety. In doing so, we take the gross vehicle weight rating, the tyres and the application into consideration.

Intelligent steering and fuel-saving
Steering axles improve manoeuvrability and track accuracy, which considerably reduces tyre wear and the load exerted on the entire chassis. Furthermore, you save fuel by means of a steering axle due to the fact that the slurry tanker is significantly easier to pull. Less friction additionally protects the ground and the sward.

Significantly more efficient filling
Filling aids help you fill your vacuum slurry tanker much more efficiently. They not only save time, but also achieve a significantly higher degree of filling in addition to creating a vacuum effect.
Another advantage is the low foam produced in pig manure. When handling cattle manure you avoid the vacuum-induced increase in volume. This means that the filling aid also protects the vacuum compressoror.

Exactly determine quantities
An inductive flow rate sensor continuously determines the quantity of discharged slurry within a measuring range between 0.5 and 12 cubic metres per minute.
The current quantity (m³/ha) is calculated on the basis of the recorded travelling speed in combination with the saved operating width of the application technology. You can read off the current value from a digital display at any time. The discharge quantity can also be actively controlled on request.

Tongue load in all situationsOur two-chamber system helps you to optimise the tongue load of the tractor, particularly on slopes. The principle is simple and smart: The interior of the slurry tanker is divided into two chambers. Due to closing the first chamber, there is more slurry in the front chamber than in the rear one during discharge. This means that the tractor still has sufficient tongue load, particularly when travelling uphill.

Working three times more efficiently
Lower the tyre pressure on the field, increase the ground contact area and thus reduce the pressure exerted on the ground. On the other hand, use a higher tyre pressure on the road to reduce the rolling resistance, thus achieving a considerable decrease of the diesel consumption. Moreover, tyre wear is also reduced.

Filling at the edge of the field in an efficient and comfortable manner without any losses – this is best done by our front suction spouts. Thanks to their high suction power, they work particularly effectively and save time-consuming manoeuvring hours.
The feed line to the barrel runs exclusively above the tractor cabin, which ensures more safety and clear view during docking.

A cutting unit with stone catch box prevents the pump, the conduits and the application technology from being damaged by foreign objects. Furthermore, the slurry becomes considerably more flowable, such that clogging in the distributor head of the application technology is largely prevented.
You can manually set the optimum cutting power of the cutting unit or have it controlled automatically.

MiniControl
Easy operation thanks to MiniControl and MiniControl+
The control terminals MiniControl and MiniControl+ enable you to control up to twelve functions on your slurry tanker by means of toggle switches. Hydraulic supply takes place via load-sensing or a fixed displacement pump.
Various toggle switch types are installed for your safety. Thus, you have to actively keep the toggle switch pressed e.g. when folding out the application technology. In contrast, functions that are non-critical from the safety point of view can be controlled without actively keeping the switch pressed.
SmartControl
Keeping track of everything by means of SmartControl
Our SmartControl control systems are clearly designed and can be intuitively operated – the be-all and end-all for smooth and relaxed working.
They are based on the CAN BUS technology, which enables comfortable control of a large number of functions. In addition, the SmartControl control systems also score with many other features such as e.g. a joystick.
